We want to hear from exceptional, proven HR & OD leaders, who can design, advocate and deliver the highest calibre of HR and OD strategies. Local government experience will be a definite advantage; however, candidates from alternative professional settings are encouraged, as long as they can demonstrate a track record of managing high levels of complexity, working at scale – and learning quickly. Good political awareness is also very important, as you’ll be providing regular information and advice to elected members and cabinet.
